
About Chef Sean
Chef Sean Morrell C.E.C is a culinary graduate of Johnson and Wales University and has over 25 years in the food service industry including over 15 years in Contracted Food Service. Sean has held the position of Campus Executive Chef at Stony Brook University, Long Island University as well at William Patterson University. Prior to joining the contracted food service industry Sean worked his way up from line cook up to Executive Sous Chef at various Hotels, restaurants and Country Clubs in the NY and Long Island area. Chefs Sean’s’ career has also included a stint as The Executive Chef for Print Media at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing China. Sean has been a proud member of The American Culinary Federation for 20 years and received his Certified Executive Chef certification in 2017.
